Central Location Studies

Spencer Research provides a neutral, controlled environment that includes individual testing stations to minimize testing distractions. Moderators monitor the entire testing process for consistency purposes, while also being a resource if questions arise. Several standards are
in place with each study to assure accuracy throughout the study is maintained. Our goal is for respondents to be comfortable in the testing environment while also helping to answer the research questions established by the client.

To aid in recruitment of respondents, Spencer Research maintains a database of individuals and household for future studies. Several pieces of information are collected on each member of a household, including; standard demographics, diabetic status and other elements
that help when targeting specific segments of the market. Although the database is available in our Columbus facility and our partnership markets, it is not our sole source for recruitment. A mix of database members as well as non-members are used to help provide a mix of new and old respondents for each study.
